+ -1 more1. They broke my water filtration dispenser more so than before they arrived. Water used to come out at a slow rate, it now only comes out sometimes at a slow rate. 2. They flooded my kitchen 3. They scratched my hardwood floors 4. They did not properly diagnose the problem, closed the service request because they told KitchenAid I need to replace the water filter to solve the problem. THREE DIFFERENT BRAND NEW WATER FILTERS BY THE RECOMMENDED BRAND DID NOT SOLVE THE PROBLEM. A fourth water filter will not solve the problem. RUN DON'T WALK AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
