On Sunday afternoon, we discovered that our front door lock was working sporadically for both locking/unlocking. Looking at Angie's List and using both reviews and distance, I called A-Able Locksmiths. I was very pleasantly surprised when Paul Nguyen himself answered the phone and said his day was already booked, but he could come at 4:00 p.m. the same day. Paul called me about 3:00 and said he was outside our house and asked if he could do the work earlier than 4:00. Fantastic!! He showed me where the spring that controls whether the bolt of the lock moves or not had broken, and replaced the lockset--he already had lock sets in his truck, so it was a really fast job to do. He also noticed that I was missing a couple of screws on the door's old doorknob plate (my house is 98 years old!), and put some new screws in for us. I would highly recommend Paul and A-Able Locksmiths for his professionalism and promptness. He offers customer service as it should be offered!!

My son accidentally locked his bedroom door, and we do not have the key for it. We needed to have the door open right away because we are selling our home, and need to have all the rooms open to show. After hours of trying to open the locked door knob ourselves without success, my husband and I decided to call a locksmith in the morning. I went on Angie's list first thing in the morning and saw the Able Locksmith at the top of the list, so we called them first. Paul answered and quoted us for the job and said he could come to our house right away since he was around the area. He was at our house in less than 10 minutes. He was very courteous and professional. It took Paul about 10 minutes to open up the locked door knob.

Came out the same day I called. Very impressedw/him.

Scheduled a same-day appointment. Paul arrived on time. He was friendly. Performed the work quickly. Price matched the original quote. I was very happy with his service.

He arrived at the scheduled time, did his work, was friendly and easy to work with. THere was a trip charge as well as labor charge. I had a coupon.

Called him to fix the ignition key in my car after speaking to 4 other people. He showed up earlier than expected. Unlike others he did not ask unnecessary questions and diagnosed the problem very quickly. He also came with a truckload (literally) of tools. He was in and out in less than an hour.

Paul was great he was able to re-key 4 locks within 30mins. I would totally use him again and is prices are very reasonable.

He gave me a time window for the same day and called back later to say he was able to come sooner if that worked for me, which was greatly appreciated. He performed the repair quickly and cleaned up the area when he was done. This was the second time he did work for me and my experience was identical both times. I highly recommend Paul.

Paul at A Able Locksmiths is amazing! We called him in the afternoon and he offered to come right away and arrived within the hour. He's knowledgeable, professional, makes great recommendations and very thorough. It's obvious that he enjoys his job - We could tell that he cared about our being happy with his work and our safety. When we need a locksmith again, we will definitely be calling Paul!

In the late evening of 9-18-12 I locked myself out of my home. I called a locksmith from Angie's List who had more reports than Paul. He was busy and referred me to Paul. Paul said he would come in one-half of an hour and he would call 15 minutes before arrivial so I would not need to stand outside in the dark the whole time waiting for him. He arrived as he said he would, quickly opened my door and was off on another call. I have added him to my contact list to use again as needed and would recommend his services to anyone.

They were so fast that we were wondering if they had done everything. They were in and out in about 10 minutes. They were very professional and nice. We were very comfortable with them because they were recommended by someone. The car that they come in doesn't say locksmith or something so the neighbors don't know what is going on. We have no complaints about them.

I called and he was here half an hour later and he was superfast and did a great job. He was professional, responsive and punctual.
