7 Days Box

We called many dumpster companies and 7 Days Box was the least expensive. We only had one hiccup with this experience. When we scheduled the dumpster to be delivered to our home, they told us that they would call us after 8:00 am on the day to let us know when they would deliver it. We didn't get a call, instead our doorbell rang at 6:15 am. We had to scramble to move cars from our driveway to make way for the dumpster. He dropped the dumpster exactly where I asked him to and made sure it was in the desired position before he unhooked it. When we called them with a question about how high we could pile our debris above the rim, they were polite in telling us it was okay to go above the rim, just not excessively so (we had some things that were maybe 12 inches above and they didn't charge us extra). We called them at 8:00 am to pick it up and they were there before noon. My wife was impressed with how efficient they were with loading the full dumpster onto the truck. Definitely would use this company again.

7Days and 1-877 Dump Pro apparently recently merged. They are both still listed in Angie’s List and Google. It made calling a bit confusing because they use the 7Days name but the 1-877 Dump Pro phone number. Their pricing is in the same range as other companies, and in fact they were my second choice. My first choice did not have the size box I needed in the time frame I was looking at. The work site is not where I am located during the day so I wanted a time window for delivery of the box. When I asked what the time window would be for delivery to my site I was told between 7:00 AM and 7:00PM, but they would have the driver call 30 minutes before delivery. I was not happy with that response but decided to keep the reservation. On the delivery day I had not heard from 7Days by 11:00AM so I called to confirm that the driver would call ahead of time. Good thing I called because that instruction was not in the notes. The box was not delivered until 5:00 PM and I did not get a call from the driver, fortunately someone was there to receive and pay for the box. This was a wasted day waiting for a call that did not happen and not being able to start my project. Otherwise what can you say about a debris box, we filled it and got the job done.

7 Days Box placed the debris box exactly what I needed it to go. The driver was careful as to not damage the concrete side wallk. Very satified with the service.

The pricing was great. They were very straight forward and we had the dumpster for 7 days. They were very prompt and effective.
