Hoppfully they did their job with the tank but I'm not jumping in to see. The problem was that they went out of their way to RUIN my yard and when I tried to talk to them about it they were extremely rude and told me they would put a lien on my house. Disgusting family business.

For the inspection. Guy arrived a little early. He had called and said they would be here about 1:30 but they came earlier. I say they but not sure as only saw one guy. He came to my front door. Said he had driven around the property in the back outside the fence and it's tree roots. Need a whole new field. He never actually came in the back yard, as far as I know. No camera used, etc. He knows Cabazon, he said. It's tree roots from that big tree you got back there. I said, nothing else can be done? No. New field. Have to take part of the fence down in the front, your side fence and gate and clothes line poles, dig a trench and put new field in the front. $7,500. Now, all that might be true. My only problem is, how he could he be so certain, never having checked out the system? Never taking the lid off and looking or asking me what was going on with it in the first place. So, I told him I didn't have $7,500, the price he quoted me. I figure for that amount I can be careful, not take long showers, etc, and have the thing pumped every 5 months or so. I can go quite a long time on $7500. It had never backed up in the house. The drains would run slow and when I would shower it would bubble in the toilet. So, I figure the drain (leach) field is running slow. It could be the tree roots as there is a big tree back there. But I would know for sure, if they would have actually inspected the thing. I think I would feel a whole lot better about spending that kind of money if I knew for sure. What do people do that don't have that kind of money? The cost for the pumping was very reasonable, as far as I know. $340 and they uncovered the lids. I never did any digging.
Description of Work: I didn't rate this on the actual pumping. I have no problem with that either service time or with any of those guys that came out. It was the inspection that was supposed to be done. And I only paid for the pumping so didn't check that. I had my septic tank pumped by this Company twice. Once in October of 2016 and again just yesterday, January 2017. Just about 3 months apart. So, realizing there is a problem, I asked for the system to be checked out and see what is wrong and estimate for repair. The first guy that came out in October and pumped the tank was nice and friendly and got right to work. No problems if you just need your tank pumped. Same for the two young fellows that came out and pumped it yesterday. They dug out the lid and then dug out for the other side so that when they came out to inspect they could get to it. The lid was really stuck so they had to work hard to get it off. They called in to Company and were told get it off even if they had to break it and the guys coming out to inspect would bring another. They had to have it off to be able to check out the system. Well, they didn't have to break it and did get it off. They left when they were finished and said the guys to inspect would be out about 1 p.m. I was told by the pumping crew that the inspection guy would put a camera in the system and see if the pipe from the tank to the leach field was plugged. If so, maybe they could just change the pipe. Or might need a whole new field. Cost about $7,000 they guessed.

WORST BUSINESS EVER. Cost us over $50,000 in damages that all come down to them. This situation is 100% true and accurate.
Description of Work: Wright Septic was hired to do a simple evaluation of our property in 2012 to determine if it was on septic or sewer. The sellers of our house retained them. They claim that they determined electronically that our house was on city sewer. So we balling this house on that information. They were very, very wrong. A simple phone call to the city told us that we were not on city sewer. So their "electronic sewer line location" caused us to buy a house with a collapsing cesspool under the dining room. They first acted like they were embarrassed , oh, we will make this right",'then they quickly disappeared. We are in over $50,000 between the new septic system, relandscaping, etc. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING. THEY CANNOT EVEN COMPLETE A SIMPLE EVALUATION, and they are not a company of their word.
