The job was well done. The salesman Tyler Smith explain what they would do and how it would be done. When it was time for the estimate he presented it without fan fare. It seems the longer the build up, the higher the cost. His price was half of a competitor. The installers showed up on time and completed all the work in half a day. Job well done!

They arrived on time for the estimate and was straight forward on the estimate. They scheduled an installation date that was within a week of the estimate they did an excellent job and finished on time. I purchased rain barrels, which have not arrived yet but agreed to return to change the downspout and align the rain barrels. I would highly recommend these guys

Work had to be rescheduled once or twice due to inclement weather. Crew showed up on time and the entire job was performed during a 4 hour window as promised. The stock colors were a good match to wooden trim and stucco, and thus are practically invisible against the house. Several neighbors have complimented the look. Extra flashing was installed to channel heavy runoff where needed. Every individual , including the office staff and estimator were thoroughly professional and true to their word. Would recommend without reservation. Don't forget to mention Angie's List membership for a sweet discount!

They were timely, didn't make us wait 2 months and charged very good prices considering that most of the gutter companies today have really jacked up prices because of El Nino-fueled increase in business. Back on 11-16-2012 I hired this company to install seamless rain gutter material with down spouts around the front of my home and garage. I was so pleased with their craftsmanship and high quality materials that I naturally called them and was not disappointed! They were here bright and early ready to go. In less than two hours the job was complete and the job sight was spotless. I also opted to install a copper rain chain vs.a downspout and was encouraged that the technicians advised me where to locate the down spout and how to properly size its opening. I was very pleased.

It was excellent! They were prepared, and it was exactly as I expected it! They were prompt and on time. They even brought a birdspike. I'm very pleased!

Pacific Rain Gutters did a good job. The experience was excellent, the guy was knowledgeable, he came out on time, he did what he said he would do and the follow up was good, they called after the job was done and it was very well executed. They did a good job.

Team was very professional. Owner came to do the measurements and estimate. He narrowed down the color choices in a manageable way for me and made it easy to order if we wanted to go through with it. He had good suggestions for where to put the gutters and downspouts and where is would be unnecessary. He seems very aware of the final aesthetic as well as functionality and drainage concerns which I appreciated. Workers were very professional and communicated with us well. They had to come out for a second visit because they ran out of material. They came a third time on our request to adjust the downspout where we will finish some landscaping and offered to come out again if needed, once the landscaping is done.

The entire process from quote to work completion went as planned with no problems. I would definitely use PRG again and would recommend Tyler and his crew.

Upon contacting Pacific Rain Gutters, I was impressed immediately with their professionalism over the phone. The person I spoke to was very informative and directly answered any questions or concerns that I had. My husband met with one of their associates for the quote and again - the gentleman was totally professional, answered every question directly and was willing also to work with us regarding creating a gutter install that would compliment the house as well as work efficiently. Joe arrived as promised, made recommendations and provided two installation quotes (downstairs only and whole house). We decided to install gutters for the whole house and less than a week later Efrain and crew completed the job to our satisfaction. Nicole was very responsive too! I highly recommend the entire team and would undoubtedly refer them family and friends.

I selected Pacific Raingutter because they were besides the cheapest contractor also an A listed contractor. The work consisted of total rain gutters for a single story house consisting of 8 sections with downspouts for a total of 130 lft. The estimator and office staff were very courteous and the installation crew experienced. They acccepted a minor change in layout without any complaints. I highly recommend Pacific Raingutters for any rain gutters related work.

The initial estimator was on time and gave us a fair quote. He was professional and the issues he could not solve,( like the water leaking from around the aluminum patio cover next to the eaves) he told us up front and gave us a referral to someone who perhaps could. The crew was also on time and installed the gutters efficiently and professionally. It has not rained yet but we are looking forward to not having the mud splatter all over our front walk and step.

A call was put in to Pacific Rain Gutters to get an estimate. Steve Davis came out and gave an estimate and faxed it to me with the drawing of where the gutters were placed. I was not home the day he came out to look at our home. After I looked at the drawing and estimate he called and we discussed the work. He came out a few days later and the work was completed in a few hours. Now that it is raining I don't have to worry about rain run-off into our planter and dirt onto the sidewalk.

They did the work in a timely manner and the gutters look incredible! In fact, I had only decided to have them install the key places that were most necessary to save money. But the gutters look so nice and the price is right...so I going to have them do the rest of the house soon. I highly recommend them. They can also match the colors of most houses paint on the walls. I had my top gutters in white and the sides in med beige color to match the stucco. Looks great. I will post my second experience here as well, once I have the work completed. I'm sure I will be just as happy.

They deserve an 'A' in every area. There were some modifications I asked for after the work was done (extend the spouts to prevent flooding near the foundation, etc.) They came out and did those things without any hassle.
