+ -1 moreWe had in put in a call in July for him to come out and do the Converter installation correctly. We called his personal cell(he had personal voice mail i.d.) and his business phone. He never returned our call. About 20 Aug. 2013 we called Dedicated Express who came out and fixed the shoddy install on the Converter and found a loose connection to be the problem on the heater. Dedicated Express charged 2 hours labor @ 65.00 per hour to solve our problems. Dedicated Express stated the exposed ground wires could have caused serious problems.
Description of Work: In abt. Feb. 2010 had R.V. serviced for trip back to the Dakotas. Complete check up on heater, air conditioner, refrig. etc.;Safety Check and Brakes. On our trip, heater never worked. Upon return he was called, came out and checked system, said Converter was bad. He installed a used Converter. Poorly installed: Ground wires exposed, used a common bolt to ground instead of factory fitting and bolt. He was supposed to return with correct fitting & bolt. We had a health Crisis and forgot about it; he never returned. In 2013 he was called for price on siding that had come lose on 1st two rows along top on both sides. Price given: $2,000. He said a regular R.V.(Store Front Shop) would charge $5,000. We contacted a retired Skyline Warranty Repairman who said he "had done thousands of the same repairs" He charged $500.00 and did a great job.(Job done in July, 2013).

+ -1 moreMark recommended by the park manager at Golden Village Palms Resort. Mark came by and went over roof and gave estimate. .We discussed several types of coating and selected two. One to do any patch work (coat nail head, protection around flashings and edges) . The second for the sealing and cooling effect. The team arrived as promised did the work and there were no problems or extra charges. The result is home is much cooler and dust is decreased.
Description of Work: This is a mobile home and it is very hot in this location in the summer. Metal roof was sanded, pressure washed and minor repair work done and the sealed with elastomer sealer. This took several visits as there was drying time involved between steps.
