custom cabinets

I called on 9/26 and he said he'd call right back. I never received a call back until 9/28 and I received a message that day. I called back and had to leave a message as well. On 9/29 he called back and we scheduled an appointment for 9/30 and he was a no show. I sense there's a problem here.
Description of Work: I called them to have them build a cabinet.
