+ 0 moreAbsolutely worst experience of my life! This company has extremely poor communication. They came out to check my water heater and recommended a replacement on a Thursday. By Monday, still no one contacted me, I had to reach out to the warranty company, to get an update. I finally received a text on Tuesday morning informing me someone would be out between 12-4. As of 3pm no one had come out, and STILL no communication. I texted the company and they told me the tech was running late. The tech finally showed up at 6:20. They changed the brand of the water heater to a cheaper brand during installation without informing me. Tech wanted payment without providing an invoice and became verbally upset and almost yelling because I was “wasting his time” because I had him wait for payment until I received an invoice detailing the cost. Tech was completely unprofessional, and the company did not communicate unless I reached out to them. I waited over 6 hours for them to even start the job.
