+ -1 moreI first visited the store/showroom in person and was delightfully met by Chris. She was very helpful and knowledgeable. Once I told her what I was looking for she presented the options that would fit my needs. We then set up an appointment for her installed to visit our home to measure the location and present options. I received a detailed quote in the mail a few days later. I then placed my order and waited for the custom awning to arrive. I made several calls and finally it arrived (about 6 weeks, which was what was originally quoted). We made an appointment to install it and it was installed promptly. Everything looked and worked great. I made an inquiry to have my mechanical handle color match the mechanism color and Chris said she would look into it.
Description of Work: Installed a mechanically retractable awning over BBQ area.
