+ -1 moreI AM VERY PLEASED WITH THE SERVICE PERFORMED. THEY ARE WILLING TO COME AND DO THE INSIDE OF THE HOUSE, WHENEVER REQUESTED AND ADDITIONAL UNSCHEDULED OUTSIDE SPRAYS FOR NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE.
Description of Work: THEY PERFORM A MONTHLY SERVICE FOR PEST CONTROL. MOSTLY ANTS, SPIDERS AND WATERBUGS.

+ -1 moreHE SPRAYS EVERYTHING. OTTO IS EFFICIENT, KIND, AND DOES A GOOD JOB. HE COMES IN, GOES RIGHT TO IT, AND GETS THE JOB DONE. HE EVEN SPRAYS MY YARD FOR FLEAS.
Description of Work: THEY DO AN OVERALL INSPECTION, AND EVEN GO INTO THE CRAWL SPACE TO GET RID OF INSECTS, AND PESTS.

+ -1 moreIT IS GOOD. IT IS AN ANNUAL SERVICE. THEY SET A DATE, AND THEY COME OUT, AND CHECK. IF I SEE ANYTHING DURING THE YEAR, THEY COME OUT, AND CHECK AGAIN. THEY DON'T CHARGE FOR THE SECOND NEEDED VISIT.

+ -1 moreI GUESS THIS ONE SERVICE TECHNICIAN THAT I HAVE MET IS PERSONABLE. I AM PRETTY SURE HE IS THE REGULAR ONE THAT COMES ALL THE TIME, BUT I SUPPOSE HE DOES AN ADEQUATE JOB. WE STILL HAVE ANTS OUTSIDE, BUT I GUESS IT IS A PERPETUAL JOB TO KILL THE BUGS THAT ARE OUTSIDE. THERE ARE STILL SPIDERS IN THE TREES.

+ -1 moreTHE MEN WORKING ON MY HOUSE WERE REALLY PROFESSIONAL ON WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WERE REALLY HONEST WITH ME BECAUSE THEY TOLD ME THAT IF I DIDN'T GET RID OF THEM THE WOOD COULD HAVE FALLEN APART.
Description of Work: I HAD NOTICED THAT GOING INTO MY SON'S ROOM THERE WAS A LOT OF TERMITES EATING MY WOOD SO I HAD TO GET RID OF THEM AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

+ -1 moreI HAD A HUGE ANT PROBLEM A FEW MONTHS BACK AND STARTED THIS SERVICE. INITIALLY, I NEEDED THEM TO SPRAY UNDER THE HOUSE WHERE THE ANTS WERE COMING FROM, AND I FOUND IT TOOK THEM THREE VISITS IN A TWO WEEK PERIOD TO FINALLY GET IT DONE.
Description of Work: I HAVE THEM COME OUT ONCE A MONTH FOR SPRAYING AROUND THE OUTSIDE OF THE HOUSE FOR ANTS.

+ -1 moreWE HAD SERIOUS TERMITE DAMAGE AND ORKIN WAS THE MOST PROFESSIONAL PEOPLE WHOM WE TALKED TO. THEIR PRICES WERE NOT THE CHEAPEST NOR THE MOST EXPENSIVE. MANY PEOPLE IN OUR AREA WERE GETTING THEIR HOUSES TENTED AT THE SAME TIME. WE FELT THAT OUR EXPERIENCE WAS EXCEPTIONAL.
