Description of Work: Although ultimately I did not install a water softening device, I was very impressed by the technical ability of the service representative that came to my home. He was able to recognize immediately, which others hadn't, that there was a cross connection in the system.

 + -1 moreTHEY WERE VERY PROMPT AND QUICKLY INSTALLED THE SOFTENER IN LESS THAN 2 HOURS. OUR NEW DRINKING WATER IS GREAT AND ACCORDING TO THEM, IT NOW HAS MORE MINERALS WHICH IS HEALTHIER FOR OUR FAMILY.
