First of all I would like to apologize if somehow your messages fell through the cracks and I didn't respond in my normal response time of within the close of the next business day. I return calls from 8 am to 7 pm, 7 days a week. I'm sorry you feel as if I didn't want to come to your building. I do try to ballpark estimate over the phone to keep my ecological footprint at a minimum. At 11 mpg I hate to think how much carbon I add to our lungs. I definitely can't compete with the big box store prices, but the quality products I use, certainly will surpass theirs. Again I apologize and will do what I can keep this from happening again. At this time I would like to add for other potential customers ( since this is my first F grade here on Angie's List and most will read it) I sometimes get very busy. I work alone and I try to estimate how long it will take me to get to your project, but due to unforeseen circumstances I will be early or later than I estimate. Know this, you are in my schedule and will not be removed unless you don't return my phone call, tell me my services are no longer required, or I come see your job. So please have patience with me because I truly do want your work and do all I can to give you good service.
