Graciela's General Cleaning Services

It was cleaned when she was done. I realized she had charged me for cleaning products and she had also charged sales tax and two things she cannot do. She could have charged me for cleaning products if I agreed and if she left the cleaning products behind which she did not. I talked to her about it and I wrote to her and she did respond but took about a month. She said she is going to give me a credit. She said she will clean my house one time for the next week at 9.0 clock. She did come over the next week a t 9.0 clock. She said she will charge me only $200 as there are four people working, I said it doesn’t matter because she owes me $290. She said she will charge $100 and I said no and I didn’t pay for it. She wasn’t visibly angry. They did a very good job at cleaning. She was within the $100 than anybody else. She is a good worker and her team was good. She employs a lot of people. They were very responsive except responding to my letter. They were very punctual. There were in and out by four. They cleaned well. Graciela dropped them off and went away for the day and I never saw her until it was time to pay, she probably supervises. The work was okay and the price was fair.

I had a very tough time with the window cleaning service I purchased. Graciela's Window and Gutter's employees barely speak English, if any at all. Her employees were unresponsive to instruction, they had a bad attitude and were obstinant. Graciela was not on site while her workers performed services I didn't want them to do. I gave specific instructions on which windows to be washed. They did a poor job of washing the front windows and started washing the back windows (which I didn't want them to do). This project was a nightmare. They also sprayed down the front of the apartments, which I told them not to do because some windows might still be open. The workers would not clean the light well, and instead cleaned the back (which I told them not to do). Graciela was not very understanding in my complaints/concerns. The building was even flooded by her workers going to areas of the building I didn't want them being in. The workers ended up leaving and not wanting to finish the job because I apparently yelled at her. Graciela had no control over her employees and this job was a huge disappointment.

What I like about them is that they responded to me very quickly. They were prompt for our appointment and did everything I wanted them to do. I will use them again in the future.

They are prompt, and they do a good job. The window cleaning went great.

I had a total of 8 people, including Graciela. Every person was dedicated 100% to the job at hand. All were totally respectful and professional. I had 40 years of junk and even mice droppings. No one acted disgusted-- except me because I was embarrassed! They also do scheduled home cleaning, and that is next.

Great service. I called, and they said they could come in 30 minutes. They arrived, got on the roof, gave me an estimate and did the work.

Easy to reach on phone. Arrived 1 hour late, but called to let us know. Worked carefully and completed job quickly and effectively.

I'VE USED THIS SERVICE TWO YEARS IN A ROW AND GRACIELA'S HAS CONTINUED TO BE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY ALWAYS THROW IN THE SCREEN CLEANING FOR FREE AS WELL. VERY QUICK AND THEY WERE FINISHED WITH THE JOB IN A COUPLE OF HOURS.
