Tomas and his crew with elite concrete was professional. The job turned out better then my expectations. Now I want the rest of my drive way to be like my repair job they did. Thomas started with a competitive bid. I took it and I made the right choice. They were in and out like clock work. Fast clean quality work. These are your guys for the job.

It went horrible I got beat out of all the money that I had to renovate my backyard so as it stands, I have been beat out of all my money and none of the project is done except for the concrete and it’s ruined. It’s nothing that I asked for the stamping is all uneven. The concrete is uneven in the color is not even in the concrete that I paid for
Description of Work: Concrete poured, & stamped with color added, they did a horrible job the concrete that was poured is very uneven, color not applied, deck not builted, gazebo not built, and was paid for,above ground swimming pool not built, they had no idea what they were doing, they lefties there lunch garbage thrown in corners of my backyard, the contractor Tom got mad because I wanted to pick out my own material out and he was probably mad because I was seeing how much the material cost which was not much. So he lifted me at Lowe and went to my and told his crew to stop working, I GOT RIPPED OFF BAD BY THIS COMPANY. The contractor Tom constantly begged for money ever single day of the two weeks they were here , After giving him $18000.00 in the first week of the project when this was a $36,000.00 project I gave him money for things that hadn’t even gotten done yet. And They ruined my front yard yo get to the backyard. They lefted chunks of concrete all AROUND MY HOME. Contractor Tom kept on telling me how exspensive things were. I had to make Tom get a porter potty the second week they were here. SO AS IT STANDS I’VE BEEN COMPLETELY BEAT OUT OF ALL MY MONEY!!!!!

We should have seen the red flags from the beginning but caring [Member Information Removed] our clients is our top priority. Since the beginning of this project agreements were not kept and payment schedules were not followed after signing the contract but we still decided to work with you. We did not get 50% until a week out after all 1600 SqFt of stamp concrete work was done. We usually accept 50% before start of the project. We took your word [Member Information Removed] it since we done a project [Member Information Removed] her previously and finished. After signing the contract we didn’t get any funds until the 3rd day after she said she would pay the the first day, we took your word [Member Information Removed] it and went on to the 3rd day and received partial payment. Meanwhile we have already took down 8 big trees, took out the stumps, graded 2000 sqft of area and hauled away about 40 yds of dirt. But not only that we had to haul away all your junk that was all over the backyard to the front before we started the project. We literally transformed the entire backyard from what it use to look like into what we agreed on. We advised you to get a storage [Member Information Removed] all this but you insisted that we can put it in the front. Usually you’d have movers [Member Information Removed] this but we were the movers free of charge. The second week comes by after finishing all the concrete work and we’re building the pool and grabbing materials [Member Information Removed] the gazebo and we get in a disagreement because she wants me to purchase materials [Member Information Removed] the gazebo when on our contract that she signed advised that owner purchases gazebo while we provide labor. Long story short she kicked us to the curb and didn’t want us to finish when we’re almost done with the project leaving her with the other half of the payment she owes on the project. There are things we haven’t got too yet that we were going to get done but was forced by her to not come back making her breach our contract. I hope no other contractor has to ever go through this type of things.
