+ -1 moreIt was a terrible experience. I bought the cell phone and it said that no activation was needed but it did need a SIM card. The SIM card didn't fit into any phone location. So I called customer service and they said that I had to go to a phone shop and get them to adjust the SIM card so I could fit it into the phone. Which makes no sence. Why would they sell a SIM card if it needs to be adjusted by a phone shop. On the same phone call I tried speaking with a mangager, which I was unsuccesful in doing so. I asked for a refund and they refused to give one to me. Learn from my mistake.
Description of Work: Purchased a cell phone in a vending machine.
