 + 4 moretell him what you want, but leave the details, and he'll do the "right thing" he also fixed peripheral things, like installing new faucets, outdoor spigots and toilet while he was working on piping. Understands English just fine, but more comfortable with Cantonese.
Description of Work: Replace old pipe with copper, replace all windows (enlarge 2 bedroom window frames), replace 2 sliding patio doors, paint outside, remove popcorn ceiling and repaint ceilings/walls (3 bedrooms), remove old deck and spa, build smaller redwood deck.
