Xavier Carpet & House Cleaning

Saulo Xavier's cleaning crew was hired to do some cleaning before I list my condo. I had already moved out but there were a handful of items left, which I moved to a small section of the kitchen. I arrived about an hour after they had already started their work to check up on the previous day's noticed that the cleaning crew had the kitchen faucet running and it was spilling over the kitchen counter onto the other side. There were water running down the wall. I called over the cleaner and told her to be more careful. I then told her I will be back later this afternoon for the rest of my belongings. Fast forward 4 hours later when I came back, she already left. I walked around and noticed that she had removed a brand new roll of toilet paper and also removed another additional roll that we had kept in a bag under the sink. She also removed near new roll of paper towels that was left on the kitchen counter. This raised some eyebrows so my wife and I inspected the place more closely. We then noticed that we had half a bottle of alcohol that was next to our belonging in the kitchen, that was also removed. Then we noticed they had moved a box of documents that we had planned to leave for the new owners to the living room. When I moved the box, I noticed they had left a brown mark near the bottom of the wall and was using the box to block it. I called my agent immediately who sent out an email to Saulo Xavier. After a few hours Saulo Xavier tried to come back to our place to redo the job that same day, but the trust is already gone. Even though we had removed everything from the property, we did not feel comfortable having him in the condo. So we called the building security and asking them to remove him from our property. Saulo Xavier then responded in an email that was factually incorrectly and rude. One of the lies in the email was that they throw everything out for these kind of cleaning and that the alcohol was in the fridge the whole time. It's absolutely ridiculous because who would put liquor in the fridge. Furthermore the photo he sent of the alcohol was near empty when we had at least a half bottle and the photo clearly shows that the bottle of alcohol is in his office. Also if he thought it's trash why did he still have it? The trash chute is literally across the hall. This cleaning service is definitely not a business you can trust and it starts from the owner on down. Avoid!!!

Xavier and his crew did an excellent job and were quite professional and courteous. He willingly hauled off large stones and other debris from an outside terrace for a modest fee. He personally attends to the job in our case. They did offer carpet cleaning which we did not need. We would have used him again if he covered the area in the adjacent county. He did recommend a local cleaner for us who was equally helpful. For this level of service and care, the fee seemed more than reasonable.

They are both friendly and responsive. They are very willing to accommodate customer needs.
