+ -1 moreHe didn't show up; I waited for him for 2 hours, called him twice and not only did he not call or show up, he failed to return my calls.
Description of Work: William was supposed to come to my house and check out my furnace.

+ -1 moreMY FURNACE WAS OLD AND OUT DATED AND THEY ADVISED ME HOW MUCH IT WOULD BE TO FIX IT AND WOULD BE MORE TO FIX THEN TO REPLACE THE FURNACE. THEY ADVISED ME OF THE NEW COST OF THE FURNACE.
Description of Work: THEY REPLACED MY FURNACE.

+ -1 moreTHE COMPANY'S WORKERS SHOWED UP ON TIME, THEY DID WHAT THEY SAID THEY WERE GOING TO DO, AND THEY DID A GREAT JOB. I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS WITH THE UNIT EITHER.
