+ -1 moreWe are working through them to another repair place. They identified the problem and fixed it. I chose to go with them because it seemed to be the smartest thing to go through the factory. It took three different pries to get the serviceman out to look at the problem. Once he came out, it was fine. I would use them in the future if I had the need to.
Description of Work: Whirlpool Appliance Repair came out on a service call. They opened up my washing machine, found the leak, and repaired it.
