+ -1 moreJim Hicks came to my house, did the inspection (which included quotes for pest work), and took my $1100. There was a clear understanding that we would have a follow up phone call. That was March 10. I decided to wait until the 2 month mark to post this so that's what I've done. He put me through the humiliation of making me call over and over and over throughout that period and he never returned my call. Do not recommend.
Description of Work: He performed a pest inspection and general contractor's inspection.

+ -1 moreInspector Jim Hicks at Wellington was highly recommended by our real estate agent. He did a good job with the combination home/pest inspection; report was thorough. We anticipate hiring Wellington for Timbor treatment and possibly some dry-rot repair. Overall, good experience.

+ -1 moreThey do an excellent job. We had a problem with ants, and they got rid of them. My husband handles all the bills, so I don't know how much we spent with them. They came as soon as we called.
Description of Work: We use Wellington Termite Control to get rid of ants. We've used them twice already.

Description of Work: Paid $900 for both House Inspection and Termine Inspection in preparation to buying home. Very professional, excellent communication and detailed report.
