Having done a remodel recently with multiple contractors from different trades working on my home, I have to say that Fergal and Urban Energy really stood apart from the rest and went above and beyond what we expected. Not only did they do great work, but they were punctual, worked efficiently, and the costs were within the quote which was reasonable. For me what sets good contractors apart is communication, neatness, accurate pricing and piece of mind. Urban Energy ticked all those boxes for me and will be getting return business from me down the road without question. From the first meeting with Fergal I was at ease and could tell right away that they knew exactly what I wanted and how to get it done, it made my life so much easier during the remodel!.The guys were friendly and got on with the job in a professional manner. Fergal and his team kept me informed every step of the way with updates. They were punctual and cleaned up after themselves each day. We wanted to make the home as energy effecient as possible and Fergal is an expert in this area, advising us on layout, technologies and fixtures to give optimal performance and cost savings. We also installed some smart home appliances and Urban Energy made sure they all worked with the electrical layout. All in all great electricians ,5 stars all the way!
