+ -1 moreIf I could give a zero rating, I would. Don't trust this agency. They hire terrible moving companies as third parties. We have things that were missing and broken and they took no accountability. They didn't return phone calls or emails. TERRIBLE.
Description of Work: Reconciliation for broken and missing items which they said they'd work on and never did.

+ -1 moreThey charge upfront, IN FULL. Then 1 hour before the move, the local mover cancels. UNPAKT customer service is no where to be found. Left us in total crisis mode. Local mover wasn't much help, he suggested a uhaul. Fortunately I found another mover who was available the same day. And the kicker? The last minute mover was nearly half of what unpakt charged. AND when I asked unpakt for a refund, I was told they would look into it. Still waiting for a response to that.

Description of Work: Helped me book a mover with guaranteed price. Movers we're professional and it was the most pleasant moving experience I've ever had.

+ -1 moreI found out about this website from a friend and I'm glad I took her advice. It was very easy to organize and plan my move and I loved that there was always someone available to help me and I paid exactly the price that was listed on the website. Also the movers didn't try to swindle me for more money or anything like that. It was a very smooth and pleasant experience.
Description of Work: This website made finding and booking a mover was easy.
