 + -1 moreTom Skidmore is an excellent contractor who pays attention to the smallest detail. He manages his subs well and is reasonably priced. I can't recommend him more highly.
Description of Work: Bathroom renovation including a new floor covered with rubber tile. Rental unit was removed including a new closet and sound proofing.

 + -1 moreTom was working for another contractor at the time but he played an integral role as project manager and when necessary he picks up a hammer and saw to pitch in. He was detail oriented and always focused on the job. He had a great sense of humor which helps when things get stressful.
Description of Work: Top to Bottom Renovation renovated the kitchen, 2 and a half baths, lighting, pocket doors, electrical panel, new laundry room and hardwood flooring.
