Various handyman odd jobs that were piling up. Installed a kayak on the wall, laid floor tile and my exercise machine on top of the new mat, installed door knobs, fixed cord-pull style lights, installed wall sconce candle holders, fixed the mailbox that fell off from metal fatigue, etc. He and his colleague Mario were excellent to work with and definitely would hire again.

This may have appeared to be a simple job. But the house had a squatter in it, and Tim was unruffled. (Police removed the squatter that day.) After the job was done, he messaged me to suggest posting no trespassing/surveillance signs. In what was tricky situation, Tim was not only a professional but also a decent human being. Definitely glad we now have his contact info!

Tim was very responsive via email and made it easy to schedule the work. He showed up on time and worked very efficiently and neatly. He brought all needed tools, including drop cloth to protect floors and vacuum to control sawdust, etc. Installation of vanity was a bit tricky as we had to work around odd existing plumbing, but Tim did a great job making it work by cutting access holes in vanity to accommodate pipes and adding trim/backsplash to cover odd gaps due to pre-existing configuration. Tim and his assistant Mario worked through our 5-item task list efficiently and everything was done very professionally to high standard. Tim also had advice on other service vendors if we wanted to do some related follow-on work. All in all a very positive experience.

This was done in two parts as there was a full bath and a quarter bath to be done, and they were done about 4 months apart which allowed me to have a working vanity and to do painting in each room. It was great that we could both be flexible about the dates to allow for each step of the project to take place. Demo of one vanity occurred after the first vanity was installed. One mishap occurred when mounting one wall cabinet - a water pipe that ran too close to the sheetrock (it was right up against the sheetrock, not set back as the original construction should have done & unbeknownst to me) got punctured but Tim spotted the problem right away and got a plumber in to repair it that day and at no added cost to me. Tim and his assistant charged me a flat hourly rate for their work and I was present to answer any questions. He applied an Angie's list discount (I show the price without the discount). Two day project with several months in between each day! In the beginning I had another project to add to this. Tim was honest in stating it was beyond his scope of expertise so that will go to a carpenter in future.

Tim was super professional, on time and ready to go at the hour. I'd definitely recommend him and would use him again!

Tim was punctual, a clear communicator, had a great ideas for solving our little problems (a few of which past handymen hadn't been able to do) and charged fairly. I definitely felt like we were in good hands.

Excellent work done - timely, professional and very friendly. Tim came with an assistant and they exceeded my expectations for quick, reliable and communicative service. They cleaned up well and offered some very helpful ideas. Will absolutely use them again.

Excellent! This is the second time i have worked with Tim. He is easy to schedule with, prompt, etc. He is really nice and you can tell you can trust him.

I contacted Tim about doing some work and received a response immediately. He showed up exactly at the agreed time with an assistant. Tim and Mario were friendly and professional. They worked efficiently and were very clean. Tim was unable to install a ceiling fan, but referred me to an electrician who is able to do it. I could not have been happier with the services Tim provided and will be contacting him in the future with other jobs.

It went well---he and his partner were very prompt. it took longer than expected and he ended up billing us for 1 fewer hour than was actually performed.

Tim and his partner (I forget his name) knew I had an urgent job and he came out right away due to a cancellation. I considered giving a slightly lower score on the "Responsiveness" because initially he wasn't available during the dates that I specified on my request. To be fair he did make this right although I was a little worried at first that I wouldn't get the work done on time and the way the system worked it only matches you with one provider at a time and I didn't have a lot of time to find someone else. When these guys got here they were FAST, they didn't screw around, they got right to work, there was no running away to get parts or get another tool. They looked at the job, knew what they needed. The job wasn't easy, ideally we needed two tall ladders but they found a way to get it done with only one. They didn't look for problems, they didn't complain, they looked for solutions and got it done quickly. This part is really important to me and it should be to you, they looked for ways to get the job done in a positive way not to look for problems or excuses to delay the job. I have two dogs and even though one guy was scared of dogs he didn't act like a wimp and I wouldn't have known had they not told me. My dogs aren't scary and I've had people in the past act like idiots over having dogs and these guys were wonderful, Tim even asked if he could give them a treat. They also listened to the security requirements that my building has, understood them and made sure that they complied at all times. This is something every important to my building and I was very happy that they took this part seriously. I am REALLY happy with the service and I'm a but of a curmudgeon about service so hard to please if *I'M* happy, then you should realize that they must have done a really good job.

AWESOME! You can't even tell where the gate used to be on the stairs, and we're finally happy with the remodel...we just needed some quality work from a professional. We even ran out of the paint used on one of the walls...and we didn't know where our contractor had bought it. Tim found the paint for us. AND the way it is painted you can't tell that the area was painted four years after the original job!

Tim and his partner did a great job. They had to come back to replace a part on the toilet and I wasn't charged for the quick drop in. Overall it was a great experience and the work was well done.

Tim was very prompt in his responses in the pre-service period. He communicated clearly. He was professional during the short project duration (approx 35 mins). I would use him again and would recommend his services.

Tim is a perfectionist, and the most accurate description of his work he did for me would be "flawless." The situation was complicated by the fact that while he was doing his work, other workers were installing new carpeting and wood flooring throughout the house. At the time I was incapacitated because of an injury, and Tim took charge of supervising these other workers and coordinating their work with his. Not only does Tim do excellent work, he also has a terrific sense for what works aesthetically, and he offered many suggestions about how things should be done. I accepted all of his suggestions, and I'm glad I did. Tim is also very personable and easy to work with. Highly recommended!

For both visits, Tim and his assistant were punctual. Tim made suggestions on what to do, and when we had agreed, he did just what he said he would and did it well. On the second visit, he also suggested that it would be good to check the roof in the area where the leak might be originating, and he did go up on my roof and check it out. And he reported his findings to me. Tim knows what he is doing and is reliable and honest and very pleasant to work with. I really trust him.

Tim and his assistant arrived exactly on time. Listened carefully to what need to be addressed and performed all required work in a very rapid timeframe. There was now mess and all items requested were done to my complete satisfaction. I plan to have him back for some additional work that I need done later. HIghly recommend Tim.

Tim was on time, actually early, and very professional. He and his assistant resealed my bathroom marble floor. The entire job was only 45 minutes. He took the time to explain each steps he was performing and also started a sample seal in the corner to demonstrate the almost imperceptible before and after effect. HIGHLY Recommend.

Tim was quick to respond to initial questions and before he did the work he suggested I contact an electrician to handle the outlet. I hired Diluzio Inc, recommended by Tim, to install a new outlet sitting behind the TV for cost of $292.50. I was very happy with Diluzio and would also recommend them. After the outlet was done, I worked with Tim on a date for the mounting. He had a person helping him, I believe Mario, and they did everything perfectly. Communication with Tim from start to finish was great. I will use his services again and definitely recommend him.

It took a ton of meetings to get the work done. He measured the bar, didn't find the part that day, came back to measure it again, didn't get a piece quite right, then fixed it. The fix is high quality and I'm happy with it, but it took a while.

Tim Jackson deserves all the positive reviews here. He and his coworker Mario are personable, courteous, a very competent and efficient team. These repairs were weighing on me for a long time, and I apprehended having to deal with them. These gentlemen show that nothing beats the experience of people who have dealt for years with a variety of home repair issues. I look forward to working with Tim and Mario a lot in the future. Knowing I can depend on him is a real stress reducer when pesky repairs accumulate. Tim is also a good communicator, easy to reach and quick to respond.

EXCELLENT SERVICE! Tim arrived on time, introduced himself, and quickly got started! He is warm and friendly, but very professional. He and his worker got straight to work and did not stop until the work was completed. I cannot find the words to tell you how pleased we were with his work. He even followed up on the chairs that we thought were slightly "crooked"! I assured him it was the floor of 1909 home and not his work :) We will be using him again in the very near future!
