Description of Work: Anthony showed up on a Saturday to help get my home network up and running again, post an 8-hour loss of electrical power. He diagnosed the issues and figured out how to get internet access through the house again.

 + -1 moreThe only other company willing to do such a small in-home job gave us an estimate of $550+ - and a two week window to complete the work. Tech Solutions was able to do the job for $200 less - while still providing us with very high-quality speakers and a seamless installation. We couldn't be happier - and will definitely call this company again when we have any issues with our system.
Description of Work: We needed to replace our in-wall surround speakers after one of them blew out (it was 16+ years old). We called Tech Solutions on Thursday and they scheduled an installation appointment for the following Monday. In the meantime, they ordered replacement speakers to be delivered to their offices. On Monday, they arrived on time - after phoning us to alert us they were en route. The two techs were both impeccably courteous and professional. They removed the old speakers only to discover that replacing one of them (they were both larger then their predecessors) would require sawing through a half-inch plywood board behind the drywall. Undaunted, they completed the plywood removal and proceeded with a flawless installation of the new speakers. They tested the installation, cleaned up everything, and bade us goodbye.

 + -1 moreI called the company on Monday and they were here Thursday...no long delay at all. Robbie was absolutely punctual, friendly and clearly an expert at what he does! He proceeded to wire and mount the speakers, all where sound-wise they had to be for best listening...I wouldn't have known anything about where to put what! He hooked up the blu-ray player, using it as a tuner and simply made everything work perfectly. He even came back the next day at no additional charge to answer some technical questions I still had to learn. It was clear that pleasing the client was the most important thing to this company!
Description of Work: I recently bought a Sony surround sound/home theater set and needed it to be installed in my apartment, as I don't have a clue as how to set it up properly. I searched Angie's List and found Tech Solutions Group in San Francisco, close to where I live. The tech who installed it for me was named Robbie and he was completely professional and got to work right away. The job took a little longer to do since there were so many odd corners and walls in my apartment. He knew exactly what to do and put up the speakers and wiring perfectly. He even gave me a Harmony remote so that everything could go from three remotes down to just one. He programmed the remote using a computer....pretty complicated stuff! He made a very complicated system work beautifully, and he worked continuously without chit-chat. I would use Tech Solutions again, anytime, if I needed technical support!
