 + -1 moreInitial quoted $4500, but negotiated down to $4000. After design is done, she hold the drawings and asked for $500 more. Light switches were placed in the middle of the wall not next to door. Drawings were not detailed and she was not willing to answer questions. Promised to finish design in 4 weeks, but was late and took 8 weeks.
Description of Work: Hire her to design 500 sft addition to existing house.
