+ -1 moreTwo other roofers had attempetd to repair this problem and failed. This was the highest bid ... and worth every penny. Eldon is great and so are the people who work for him. Eldon also tried to help me solve a problem of water that came into my garage from between my house and my neighbor's house ... Another persistant problem and a very difficult neighbor. Eldon went above and beyond. In the end the neighbor would not work with us, but Eldon spent alot of time trying to get the problem solved for me.
Description of Work: They eliminated a persistent (15yr) leak in an a awkward lightwell. They were knowledgable, neat, pleasant, and efficient. When a problem occurred recently in the area repaired they came and tested, disgnosed, and corrected the problem at no charge.

+ -1 moreTHE WORK WAS DONE IN A VERY PROFESSIONAL MANOR AND THE EMPLOYEES WERE QUICK TO ANSWER ANY QUESTIONS I HAD. THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES ITS LIKE THEY WEREN'T EVEN THERE.
Description of Work: REMOVED AND REPLACED SHEETING BOARDS AND REPLACED SHINGLES AND VENTS CLOSED OFF OPEN SPACE AT ENTRY WAY AND FURNISHED SKYLIGHT FOR MORE LIGHT.

Sunset came out and gave me their honest opinion even though it was a job opportunity. They informed me that my roof and skylights are fine, even though I would need some work in the future, but nothing immediately. I truly appreciated their honesty.
Description of Work: I contacted them to see if there had been damage to my roof.

+ -1 moreResponded quickly to first call and appeared on time for estimating appointment. Bid submitted promptly and work started quickly following being advised house painting concluded. Work performed well and quickly. Never a hint that job was too small.
Description of Work: Apply aluminum fiber material to tar roof and ledge; plug hole on side of house. Replace existing flue, install new vent flue with top. Replace gas vent flue cap.
