Steve was late on delivery and very challenging to work with. I understand that he was going through some tough times personally, but with how it affected his performance, he really should have postponed or canceled the work. He ran our project over a month late, didn't communicate effectively (windows were painted the wrong color *per his instructions to our licensed painter*, wasn't clear about timing, changed his mind frequently about how long installation would take and who could be onsite while it happened), often canceled daily onsite work at the last minute, and left interior damage (window trim). We also have one *lower window sash that now sits improperly after the adjacent, new upper-sash installation *(he says this is our issue and not his, but *this lower sash fit fine before he replaced the upper sash*; now we have open air between the *lower *sash and the window sill.). Steve did not respect us as clients, and I do not recommend his services

Price quoted was the price he wanted but he did more work than was thought to be necessary so we paid extra given the unbelievable attention to detail required to repair windows on a third floor without outside access. Have more to do and will contact him when ready next summer. If you have older leaded windows, give him a call.

Steve returned my call in a timely manner to make an appointment to give me an estimate. He was very informative, personable and professional. It took approximately 4 weeks for him to make the window and drop it off for painting by my own painter. He came back to install it, which took about 2-1/2 hours. The window looks great and he insulated the opening thoroughly. It is now wind-proof and closes with a satisfying and quot;thunkand quot;!

I like him and his company. He did a good job. The price was reasonable. I've used him several times.
