+ -1 moreI was pretty desperate on a Saturday morning thinking I would need to wait until Monday. However, Slava responded to my call almost immediately and came over on a Saturday. Slava was able to look at both my washing machine and our refrigerator / freezer and give me an accurate assessment of what was wrong in a very clear and decisive manner. It turned out that our washing machine was toast and we needed a new one. He went above and beyond the call of duty to get our ice maker working again. He was extremely knowledgeable (easily able to take pieces apart, comment on how old the appliances were, particularities of specific brands, etc.) and while he was there he also looked at my stove top and my oven. He knows a lot about all different kinds of brands, was VERY knowledgeable and professional. The price was very reasonable. I really enjoyed having Slava help me and will DEFINITELY use him again in the future.
Description of Work: Our washing machine broke = desperation in a family of five. And, our freezer stopped making ice.

+ -1 moreCame home from a vacation to find our viking range wasn't working. Called a number of places as soon as we realized and Star Appliances was the only one taking after hours calls. Slava came the next morning and found out the issue in less than 5 minutes. He also looked at our other appliances and gave me tips on helping all of them work better. Will definitely call again if we have issues.

+ -1 moreOur dishwasher was not getting rid of the water after a wash cycle. Slava figured out the problem in about 20 seconds. It was related to our plumbing and he was able to fix that and a leak we have had for some time by replacing some plumbing pieces. Very impressive and fast. Very nice service.
