Description of Work: The owner contacted me soon after I purchased their offer. Though I noted that I was located in Berkeley, the service provider didn't note my location until we connected by phone. He was polite and courteous when he informed me that I was outside of his service area. However, I had to initiate the refund request through Angie's List.
