Small haul sf

These guys are absolutely horrible at communicating. They're not around to answer the telephone, but they obviously have time to revamp their website, change picture and make it more attractive. When they miss your call, you automatically receive a text message right away. I understand sometime it is more convenient to text when you can't talk, but I still expect to be informed about the service and what their availability is. My original request on yelp was sent to Small Haul SF with my zip code. I understand in December it's crunch time because people are cleaning their homes and getting rid of their rubbish in time for holiday gatherings and that may be when they're busiest, but seriously, you're going to tell me a month later later you don't service my area and not explain why?!?! *** MAN!
