+ -1 moreTHE PLUMBER IS VERY CONSCIENTIOUS ABOUT THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK AND COSTS. HE ALSO GIVES TIPS TO HOMEOWNERS SO FUTURE PROBLEMS CAN BE AVOIDED.
Description of Work: REPLACED DEFECTIVE PART TO SHOWER CONTROL. AS THE UNIT WAS 20 YEARS OLD, THE PLUMBER HAD TO LOCATE THE PART TO BE REPLACED. IF A SIMILAR PART HAD NOT BEEN FOUND, AN ENTIRE SHOWER WALL WOULD HAVE BEEN REQUIRED TO BE RECONSTRUCTED. IN THE PAST, THE PLUMBER HAS ALSO CLEARED SHOWER DRAIN AND REPLACED LEAKY PIPES UNDER KITCHEN SINK.
