Description of Work: General housecleaning including window cleaning, excluding ironing. $54 for 4 hours (minimum), every other week for a one bedroom apartment. The cleaner comes by bus so you have to supply all of the cleaning materials.

+ -1 moreThe agency makes a good effort to train and supervise their workers. The lady assigned to me is pleasnt and hard-working, but she really needs more supervision from me than other house cleaners who have worked for me. She speaks almost no English, and I do not know any Chinese, so I have to resort to a lot of sign language and hands on demonstration of what needs doing or how to do it. Because she is so charming and willing, I am planning to continue working with her, as I expect she will soon learn how I want things done, and I will have a more thorough and reliable worker than I have had from other agencies in the past.

+ -1 moreService very prompt, does efficient job with some guidance (needed help re-making beds and using hard floor cleaner), very quiet and polite. Always finishes the work before leaving. Some language difficulty - Chinese speaking only - but Mr. Ho is available by phone if problem arises.
Description of Work: Includes basic housecleaning, changing bed linens, vacuuming, dusting.
