Description of Work: Spent 90 minutes educating me on the history of Sears including how and when Sears first met Roebuck. Then gave me a quote of $9900 for 31 square feet of granite counter top for my kitchen. I solicited 4 bids the other three of which ranged from $1900 to $2300. I can see why Sears is bordering on bankruptcy if this is representative of how they do (or attempt to do) business
