Description of Work: SEARS-a company with no compassion. ALERT: I recently ordered cabinets and flooring from Sears. The flooring was to be installed after the cabinets were done. ON 11/23/14 I was ready for the flooring to be installed…no one called. I left 3 ph. Messages on 11/24, one on 11/25 and on 11/26 called and cancelled the order. My father-in-law was dying in another state and I had to travel there to be with my wife…he died a few weeks later. I recently found out that Sears had charged me over $1,300 for flooring and refused to remove the charge. I have tried emailing several people to correct this and have been told that they will not remove the charge. Please re-post this to everyone you know as I would not like to see anyone else go through this kind of treatment and maybe they will reconsider.
