 + 2 moreSasso is the go-to contractor for many of the needs of our condo association. They are very dilligent, thorough, work to resolve any issues quickly... and more often than not, they're the low bidder amongst the quotes we get. Excellent overall.

 + -1 moreThey did a great job on every irritating little piece of work the city wanted done. Best of all, we passed inspection the first time around. I am so thankful for all their hard work. Best of all, once they started one of the projects, they were on it every day until they finished. I was really thankful for them NOT disappearing for a day, or days, with work unfinished.
Description of Work: This was probably one of those projects contractors hate; we had to perform certain Building Department upgrades to our 1913 era home for condo conversion. All manner of small detail things like putting in interior and exterior railings to meet code, fire proofing the garage ceiling, and all sorts of other stuff. I handed over the report, they walked through going over every item and provided possible solutions where alternatives were available. One piece of work was dry-walling the ceiling in a short room off the garage. This ceiling was gridded with pipes, a huge, detail oriented job. It looks GREAT. They also did a very nice job on creating recessed, fire proof 'boxes' into which we could install those long fluorescent light fixtures in the garage. Made it look so much better
