+ -1 moreWork was performed more or less in the time frame quoted. A couple of disturbing incidents occurred. One of the workers sprayed water under my front door, flooding the foyer and never thought to knock on the door to inform occupants. One adjacent step was cracked during the installation and they refused responsibility. Now, months after completion, there is a leak from a caulked seam on one of the new steps and the steps below the repair are leaking.
Description of Work: Replace three cracked terrazzo external stairs, refinish eleven steps and one threshold step, grind, caulk and seal all steps.
