The project was a success: we are happy with the quality and price of the end result and the work itself happened with no major surprises. There were no horror stories or conflicts with the contractor. We received a bid that was simple and at a competitive price. Tony Leung was professional and business-like during the entire process, responding promptly to our concerns, returning our calls, and coming to the house any time we requested. The project completed on budget, with only a few small additional-cost items that were our specific requests (and for which the costs were spelled out in advance). Small changes or modifications were incorporated all along the way, at no cost. Tony was careful in scheduling our project, not committing to work or a timeframe that he could not meet. As a result, the project (which took approximately 8 months) completed on schedule. Tony's crew worked nearly every day, cleaning up as they went along. The job site and the work conditions were all satisfactory. The crew did excellent work, from the structural and foundation work, through to all the finishes. They custom-matched pieces of trim and the existing flooring. My favorite words from Tony were "I will take care of it".
