+ -1 moreThey are a mixed bag. They fixed it but it took forever. It actually ended up taking a week, but I talked to them about the delay in case I have future work done and they were receptive to the situation.
Description of Work: They fixed the DVD drive on our computer. It was not working, so they just installed a new one.
