 + -1 moreThe whole ordeal was done flawlessly because of Robin's expertise as an agent and her incredible resources. Robin went above and beyond her job as our agent. She found us a "home", worked together with the listing agent to get the price that we wanted, helped us to find the right lending agent, inspectors, insurance agent, cleaning service, electricians, moving company, etc. Our last experience buying a home was a nightmare. Comparatively speaking, this time it was a dream.
Description of Work: Robin became our agent after we had worked with another good agent back and forth for nearly 2 years. Once she was our agent, she provided us with a multitude of houses that were within our budget, found "the house", got the deal done, held our hand when we got cold feet, referred us to a great mortgage broker, took care of all the inspections, etc, found us movers, found a qualified tenant to take over our lease, and was always available to help us through the perils of buying a house in the Bay area. After we moved in, she took care of any "hiccups" that popped up in our new house.
