+ -1 moreI called them for an estimate and Dan arrived on Monday afternoon, walked around and took measurements and gave us an estimate. We were having a big dinner party on Saturday and wondered if he could complete the work before then. He checked his calendar and put us in for Thursday afternoon sometime as early as 2:30 but not later than 4:30. He and his helper arrived around 3 p.m. and brought in their equipment, moved a few things we had not moved and started to clean and they were finished in less than 2 hours. They applied a special agent to a couple of horrible spots which came out completely. They cleaned up, and left. The whole operation went very smoothly and efficiently. They were both friendly, yet professional. We will definitely use them again.
Description of Work: Dan and his assistant Logan arrived within the time frame they had estimated, and moved a few pieces of furniture and started working on carpets that hadn't been cleaned in several years and had some pretty nasty stains. They worked efficiently together and within an hour and a half were finished. They cleaned the living room, dining room and hall carpets. When they were finished, the carpets looked as if they had just been newly installed. I couldn't have been more pleased and will probably set up some type of routine annual maintenance with this company.
