We've worked with Rebecca for 4 years and purchased two houses with her, one in San Francisco and one in Bolinas. Rebecca is extremely generous with her time as we looked over a long period of time. She never got tired and genuinely wanted us to find the right house--she never pressured us where we weren't feeling it. Both houses were complicated sales with easements and liens and construction issues. Rebecca was extremely knowledgeable and also did not hesitate to visit planning and other county offices to get us the information we needed to move forward. She was also really good at building relationships with the Seller's agents. We highly recommend her!

Rebecca is AMAZING. We had to sell a house that had not been kept up to date, was involved in probate (sad and complicated time for us) and, to make it harder, we live in another city. She was undaunted by needed repairs, probate paperwork, etc. She handled all the details that we needed with positive energy, found us good local contractors, oversaw the repairs herself, and really advised us wisely on what to do and not do. She found us really nice buyers, and if I ever move to the Bay Area, she will be the person I call for any real estate transaction!
