SHE INSTALLED TOO BIG AN AWNING FOR THE AREA, AND DID NOT DO ANYTHING THAT I TOLD HER I REQUIRED FOR THE JOB. SHE DID A HORRIBLE JOB ALL TOGETHER ON THE AWNING. WHEN I TOLD HER THERE WAS A PROBLEM, SHE REFUSED TO FIX IT.

WE FABRICATED A CUSTOM AWNING PRECISELY AS THE MEMBER REQUESTED. HE WAS TOTALLY UNSTABLE. SAID HE WAS DYING. CALLED STATE CONTRACTORS LICENSE BOARD: THEY CAME OUT. THEY FOUND NOTHING AT ALL WRONG W/OUR WORKMANSHIP, MATERIALS USED NOR INSTALLATION. THE MEMBER IS A VERY DISHONEST AND UNREASONABLE MAN. WE WORKED OVERTIME TO INSTALL A PATIO ENCLOSURE FOR HIM BEFORE HIS NIECE'S ARRIVAL FOR A VISIT FROM ANOTHER STATE. WHEN SHE CANCELED HER VISIT, THE MEMBER NO LONGER WANTED THE DECK/PATIO ENCLOSURE. WE DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB FOR HIM W/THE BEST, POSSIBLE WORKMANSHIP AND WERE WILLING TO MAKE ANY REASONABLE CHANGES AND ADJUSTMENTS. HE JUST DIDN'T WANT THE AWNING AT ALL AND TRIED TO CANCEL THE ORDER AFTER WE'D MADE IT FOR HIM AND INSTALLED IT FOR HIM. HE NEVER PAID US THE BALANCE DUE ON OUR CONTRACT. WE REPOSSESSED THE CANOPY WITH THE PERMISSION OF THE STATE CONTRACTOR'S LICENSE BOARD PERSONNEL. THERE WAS NOTHING WRONG W/OUR WORKMANSHIP: IT WAS TOP-OF-THE-LINE INDUSTRY STANDARDS IN EVERY WAY. THE MEMBER IS "ONE OF THOSE" IMPOSSIBLE CLIENTS YOU RUN ACROSS ONCE IN EVERY TWENTY-FIVE YEARS. WE'D BE HAPPY TO SHOW YOU THE PAPERWORK FROM THE JOB AND PHOTOGRAPHS OF OUR WORK OR TO PROVIDE ANY FURTHER EXPLANATION YOU MAY WANT OR NEED. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. THE MEMBER'S STATEMENT ABOVE IS ENTIRELY, 100% FALSE AND CAN BE PROVED FALSE BY SPEAKING W/THE STATE LICENSE BOARD INVESTIGATOR WHO CAME, PERSONALLY, 2 OF THEM, TO INSPECT OUR JOB AT HIS RESIDENCE. THEY FOUND NOTHING WRONG.
