 + 1 moreThe job went well. While it cost more than anticipated, the increase was due to work required by factors which could not have been foreseen. The job started several weeks after the agreement to proceed due to rain and other delays. The job took three days. Staff was very tidy and efficient.
Description of Work: 1200 square feet of shallow pitch and flat tar and gravel roofing was stripped and replaced with composite shingles. Dutch gutters were removed and replaced with hanging gutters. Downspouts were replaced. A small portion of the roof had dry rot and was repaired. Modifications in pitch of the roof were made to eliminate an area where water pooled.

 + 0 moreTHEY WERE REFERRED TO US BY SOME FRIENDS. THEY WERE GREAT AND THE PRICE WAS PERFECT. THERE WAS NO DIFFERENCE IN THE FINALE BILL THAN THE ESTIMATE. VERY PROMPT AND CLEANED EVERYTHING UP, NO NAILS OR ANYTHING LEFT AFTERWARDS.
