I worked with Prosper to do a complete remodel of an older home in Presidio. He remodeled my kitchen (w/a load bearing wall that needed an engineer), entry steps from inside to outside, custom front window, front single door to double doors, living room, dining room, fireplace, put in recessed lighting, floors throughout, different staircase, 3 bathroom remodels, and new plumbing. I could not be happier with all the work they did - I will refer him to everyone I know!

Where can I start! Finally, we have found a contractor we can trust and rely on! Prosper Construction was able to provide us with a bid quickly and started work right away. The quality of workmanship was above board and everything came together with no stress! I am thrilled to have found them and will never use anyone else! On top of it, all Prospers eye for best use of space and his ideas on finishes made my bathroom and kitchen beyond anything I would have dreamt up! I am so happy I have a contractor I can finally refer to and know they will be taken care of!

I selected Prosper Construction Development for my home remodel based on their stellar reviews. Shockingly, my experience working with Adam Yosef and his crew have been horrendous and extremely traumatic. Adam Yosef has been disorganized, dishonest, unprofessional and abusive to me in language and manner. Adam and his crew have consistently refused to provide me with a work schedule, even a week in advance, refused to put anything in writing, delayed for months in getting a porta-potty for his workers (who had no access to a toilet for several blocks), left walls open and half-finished, electrical wires hanging from ceilings, put up deck support beams and posts with splinters, chips and stains seeping goop onto the unfinished deck below, destroyed my basement floors and stairs, required me to put together ongoing construction agendas, left a virtual dumpsite in my backyard for months and delayed finishing a very small section of my basement wall required for my low voltage contractor to install a necessary new security system. Adam assigned me two incompetent people who could not do the contracted design work he offers on his website. When it was clear that neither his buyer nor his designer was able to provide competent design services, Adam tried to negotiate excluding design services from our contract for $2K to hire my own designer. His foreman called me with this offer, stating Adam had agreed to provide design services for the project, *as a gift.* Adam subsequently denied ever having stated this, but then offered me $3K! Adam finally assigned a competent interior designer for my project but months after he had already abandoned the job, using her as the excuse for his stopping work on the outside deck.He and his crew(s) were consistently late for meetings and scheduled work. His crew never showed up for their last scheduled workday over six weeks ago (early October). Adam consistently thanked me for making and documenting meeting agendas, to-do lists, and reminding him of his previous and ongoing verbal commitments. When I requested that his assigned foreman start providing me with written schedules, project updates and advance delivery dates, he said that I was doing it much better than he or his foreman could do. His foreman even joked that they should hire me for the job. When I finally said I could not continue doing what was supposed to be their jobs, and asked the foreman to send me an email with the schedule and progress updates, his foreman said he had never put a schedule or to do list in writing. In response to this same request, Adam said, *Well, I thought you wanted to help.Adam responded to my concerns and complaints about grossly inadequate planning, management or work performance with angry outbursts that I was attacking him and driving him crazy, After these outburst he would acknowledge the legitimacy of my concerns and problems with his work and management, but then never followed through with his promises or commitments. He attempted several times to negotiate walking off the job after repeated unplanned delays and defective work for which he had multiple ever-changing excuses. After his last unsuccessful attempt to have me renegotiate our contract to only finish the deck and leave the job, he finally agreed to finish the entire project as contracted. After that call, he never showed up again or responded to my emails and texts.

I am so happy with RP! I was worried about getting work done in my older home. They helped me every step of the way, from the estimate to project closing. They oversaw inspections and took care of permits for me. I was suprised how easy they made it look. They gutted and remodeled my hall bathroom. My husband and I are so thrilled! My Project Manager was courteous and knowledgeable. He was always available for me when I reached out. Now I have the modern bathroom design I have always wanted - new fixtures, gorgeous gray tile with white accents, and my new glass shower. I am so thrilled to have found them within my budget of 15-20K (end total: 16K). I will definitely recommend them every chance I get when my guests are over for the holidays. Thank you!

This company has actually been the best company I have ever hired in my life as a homeowner. I had issues with my bathroom and I knew that I wanted to change it so I started searching. I found Prosper Construction and decided to give it a try. It was the BEST decision I have ever decided in my life. Not only I am pleased with my bathroom after it is remodeling, I am pleased with the service and how I was treated during this service. The customer service was amazing and I feel like it is really impacted my home, in a positive way. The price range for this was 20,000 and honestly that was pretty neutral. Some places have higher prices and others have horrible work. Paying them for the service really pays off because I feel really great about my decision to remodel my bathroom. They changed the whole room starting with the floor and the counters in there. Before it was chalky and when you walked in you saw old now it looks shiny and new with the new marble. The way that they made it bigger also made this worth it. I am so happy I chose them!

What can I say other than prosper has made my dream kitchen come true! I had a vision in my mind for years for the day I owned my own home and what I wanted my kitchen to look like. The price was terrific for what they accomplished! I spent around 30k and got white granite counter tops, a farmers sink, white all around with so much space with a modern yet luxurious look! They re very efficient with their work style, professional, communicative. Contact them for any home remodeling you need done and you will be very pleased!

Had an amazing experience working with Prosper Construction. They really went above and beyond on what I wanted on my multiple room house renovation.The contractor was easy to communicate with and customer service was great. The total renovation cost was approx. 100k. My home looks incredibly beautiful! Feels good to come home to a renovated home that s perfect for my big family! Thank you guys.
