+ -1 moreVery well -- see above for the service that they performed. Unfortunately, my computer was not long for this world. Despite the fact that it was a brand new computer, less than a year old, the virus I had picked up (which had broken through my anti-viral software which had been touted as super secure), slowly took my system down. Gradually it booted up more and more slowly. Several months later it had reached the point of no return, and again, PCS diagnosed my condition quickly. My options were to either reload the operating system again or to purchase a new machine. By this point, Windows 7 had been released, which would have actually meant a major upgrade if I chose do go that route. Instead, I opted for a Mac Mini, and I have never looked back . . . . :)
Description of Work: I was having connectivity and performance issues with my work computer, then a Windows XP machine. I called Professional Computer Support and the technician tried to resolve the issue remotely, by using their remote software. When that was unsuccessful, they sent a technician onsite to my office to take care of my computer. Brian was outstanding -- thorough, patient, and meticulous. After backing up my data and reloading the operating system (no small feat), we had issues connecting to the net. Brian called AT&T and patiently worked with them to get my system up and running. I should stress that I was not a large company -- I was a solo practitioner with one office and one computer, not a fancy network or even a server with several computers. Professional Computer Support treated me like I was their best client, and it is their commitment to customer service that sets them apart from the rest. Their people are top-notch, and they are willing to go the extra mile to ensure that the job is completed correctly. I always know I'm in good hands when I've had to call them.
