.They're wonderful. They do a very good job and I've used them several times and I will continue to do so. They're honest, they're punctual and they always aim to please. They are a very nice company.

The work started on time and was completed on time. Because of their expertise and recommendations, we even added more that we never thought of and made it complete. I would like to brag about my contractor, Podesta. There are no horror stories to be told. It is very rare to find a family oriented business today. We truly miss them. We were able to stay in our house while the work was going on and they even covered and protected our furniture and floors. They are very trustworthy-we never felt uncomfortable leaving them alone in our house. We look forward to our next renovation project with Podesta.

They are the most professional, friendly, sensible, reasonable, talented contractors I could ever imagine and have ever dealt with. I had interviewed no less than 10 companies before coming across Podesta and none of the other companies were even close to second place. We did not use Podesta's design services for our project, but they were very knowledgeable in all aspects of remodeling (design, implementation, management...). Our construction project was mainly in two very tight areas that required a lot of careful detailed work, and knowledge about old Victorian homes. Our on-site project manager Sam was vital to the success of the results. Sam (and Podesta Inc.) takes a lot of pride in their work, and over achievers who takes pride in what they do never disappoint! We had a few snags along the way and even had to redo part of the construction to meet our specifications, but Podesta managed the situation really well. They were extremely understanding, fair, and reasonable. We paid more than the original estimate because of changes along the way and other unforeseen problems to resolve. I truly respect Jerry Podesta (father) and his family for their integrity, craftsmanship and dedication. The results are amazing and we are so excited about using our new spaces.
