We felt the pricing was reasonable. They were low pressure, and low key. It's a family owned company. The mother is the owner, and the son did the work. They charged us by the entire job. They didn't come in, and bait and switch. They seemed fairly integral. I would use them again. I wrote their name on the water heater.

I am an architect and she installed the rough and finish plumbing for a bathroom I designed. She was timely, efficient and practical, meticulous in coordinating finish dimension details, and a pleasure to work with. Additionally, she has also done repairs in my own home and I found her to be down to earth, knowledgeable and UN-RUSHED, despite having a very successful business. There is something to be said about someone who knows the codes and practical trade techniques thoroughly, and gives your project their undivided attention.

I would have to say the over all service was good. It always is. I have worked with Steve Polker for years and I am always pleased with this work. I have been using Steve for years for big jobs and small jobs. He gives me a fair deal and he knows what he is doing. I feel that by me giving this review Steve will get more business and I am sure his future customers will give the same type of reviews as I did.
