The sales approach at Pak Oriental Rugs is well thought out and very customer friendly. We were able to review their inventory online and so came in with a list of rugs that we were interested in. They were very welcoming and knowledgeable, with no pressure selling. The prices were listed on the rugs. The staff was very accommodating in pulling out rugs and laying them on their large open floor to compare. They helped us narrow down our choices and then allowed us to borrow the rugs to review in our home. We borrowed multiple rugs before finally making our decision. They encouraged us to take our time in assessing the rugs, so that we would feel confident about our final choice. Their approach works! We are very happy with our selection and will certainly return when it's time to purchase another rug.

They were expensive, but they did a good job.

Ahmed spent about 2 hours with me to look at approximately 30 rugs in two different sizes, as I needed something for two adjoining rooms. He was very patient and extremely knowledgeable explaining the origins and designs of each carpet that I liked. There was never any pressure, only counsel to assist me to make my decision on which design to choose. He also assured me that if they didn't "work" when I got them in the rooms, I could ship them back. They are beautiful and I will try to post some photos of the rooms shortly.

Great quality oriental rugs. They were very patient with us - we needed three rugs for a new home and we went through a lot of inventory. The price was fair - the quality of the rugs was high. And, they delivered/installed/moved furniture to get it right! Would highly recommend Pak.
