+ 4 moreJohn O'Donoghue is very accommodating and easy to work with. His bid was right in the ballpark with the insurance appraisal. He started on the date contracted and finished in the allotted time, about 10 days. His crew showed up on time each day and they were very mindful of not disrupting our life too much. They even hosed off my dusty car which was in the garage the day they jack hammered the foundation. He offered to haul away any large items we needed to get rid of with the construction debris. We contacted John after seeing him construct 2 different large condo units in our neighborhood. One was behind our condo and the other next door. Even then he and his crew were always very accommodating to insure access to our home and safety. We would definitely call him again.
Description of Work: Repaired damage to our condo garage, after a car crashed into the garage door, damaging the door, part of the concrete foundation, the corner support and damaging the gas and water lines. O'Donoghue Construction jacked up the corner, repaired the foundation with new concrete, repaired the damaged corner support, repaired the dry wall that had to be removed to fix the gas and water lines and replaced the damaged water line and spigot. They arranged for a new double garage door and painted it to match the others. They hauled away all the debris and left the garage very clean.
